Gratitude Meditation

Welcome to the Gratitude Meditation,

Gratitude, it can never be underestimated. When we practice gratitude we train our brain to be more focussed on seeing the positive things in our life. It’s an easy exercise is to spend every day just a couple of minutes either at the beginning or the end of the day and list three things that you are grateful for. They don’t need to be big. A nice cup of coffee can be it or the smile of someone on the street.

Too often we walk through life, without appreciating all the beautiful things around us. And I understand there can be times when it’s harder to be grateful for the life we have. I had times when all I felt I could be grateful for was literally my cup of tea in the morning. Looking back, I wish I had known then what I know now, that if you practice gratitude every day, it becomes very easy to be grateful for the life you have.
